The only personal information this website collects is what you type into a contact form: your name, phone number, optional email address, property address, and a description of the service you need. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to send. We do not collect payment information through this website, and we do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

How Form Submissions Are Handled

Contact forms on this site are processed by FormSubmit.co, a third-party form-to-email service that forwards your submission to our inbox at info@beverlyseweranddrain.com. FormSubmit applies its own safeguards, including a hidden honeypot field, to reduce automated spam. Your submission is used solely to respond to your service request. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with lead brokers or marketers.

Cookies and Tracking

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not embed tracking pixels. The two embedded Google Maps frames on the contact and service area pages are loaded only when you scroll to them and are governed by Google's own policies when they load.

Call Records and Texting

Phone calls to our office are handled by our staff and dispatchers. We do not add website visitors to marketing text lists, and we do not send promotional messages from form submissions. If you ever receive a message claiming to be from us that feels wrong, call (978) 286-4881 to verify it.

Data Retention and Your Choices

We keep service request emails for as long as they are useful for providing and documenting service, and we delete them on request. This website is intended for homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
